Welcome to Key Contract Services, LLC, your one-stop-shop for procuring goods and services from women-owned businesses, economically disadvantaged small businesses, and HUBZone participants.

Headquartered in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, Key Contract Services, LLC was originally conceived by Keyra Harrison as a means of helping other women and minority business owners thrive by marketing their products/services to each other. In researching opportunities for these businesses, three things quickly became apparent:

1. There was a huge demand among federal, state, and local government agencies for the exceptional value these small businesses provide.

2. Many of the small businesses she wanted to serve were not properly positioned to take advantage of these opportunities and would need support to be successful.

3. Contracting opportunities that were initially set aside for women and other economically disadvantaged groups were ultimately being awarded to non-qualifying businesses due to the lack of response from qualified vendors.

To solve this problem, Key Contract Services, LLC has positioned itself to bridge the gap between government agencies and the small businesses from whom they’re seeking to buy goods and services. Pre-award, we evaluate solicitations and identify small businesses that we can partner with to fulfill the statement of work, then prepare and submit competitive bids for the goods and services needed. Post-award, we provide value-added consulting, administration, project management, risk mitigation, quality control, and support services to our partners to ensure contracts are completed on time and on budget.

Through our strategic partnerships with similarly situated small businesses, Key Contract Services, LLC is able to provide a wide array of goods and services to government agencies throughout the country. We are thrilled that we’ve been able to turn our passion into solutions.
